How to Make Milk Tea

@@@ Recipe 1: Fragrant Tea, Rich and Suitable for Young People

Step 1: Put 70g of Lộc Phát Black Tea + 30g of Lộc Phát Green Tea (or 100g of Black Tea) into a tea filter bag + 2.3 liters of boiling water. Steep the tea for 20 minutes. After steeping, remove the tea filter bag to obtain the tea essence.

Step 2: Add 400g of B’One fat powder (or 450g of Kievit fat powder) to the tea essence, use a whisk to dissolve. Then add a mixture of 320g of sugar + 2.5ml of salt + 300g of Larosee condensed milk, and whisk again.

Step 3: Add 0.7kg of crushed ice, continue stirring until the ice is completely melted. Complete the preparation of the milk tea and pour it into plastic bottles. Store in a cool place for at least 8 hours to enhance the flavor. Always keep it refrigerated.

For sugar-adjusted milk tea: Follow the above steps but do not use white sugar. Add sugar water upon serving: For a 500ml cup, use 20ml of sugar water; for a 700ml cup, use 25ml of sugar water. (For less sweetness, reduce sugar water by 5ml; for more sweetness, increase sugar water by 5ml.)
